The “I. International Conference on Economic Developments in the Turkic World: Current Trends and Global Dynamics,” organized in collaboration with Istanbul Gelisim University and the Union of Turkish Academics, will be held online on 4–5 December 2026.

The conference aims to examine current developments in the economies of the Turkic world from a scientific perspective, bring together academics, researchers, and students from different countries on a common academic platform, and strengthen scientific cooperation throughout the Turkic world.

The conference welcomes original theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary studies addressing economic and social developments, with a particular focus on economics. Contributions are invited across a broad range of topics concerning the economic structure and future of the Turkic world, including economic growth and development, international trade, finance and banking, energy economics, sustainability and environmental economics, digital transformation, labor markets, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Participation in the conference is completely free of charge. In order to promote international academic interaction and participation from different countries, the conference welcomes submissions in all languages.

Submitted abstracts must not exceed 300 words. Conference submissions must include the academic title, full name, institutional affiliation, ORCID ID, e-mail address, and telephone number of the author(s).
